SUBMITTING A DESIGN PROJECT/MODEL DESCRIPTION

The Call is intended for industrial designers, artists, architects, design agencies, students, and everyone interested in realising their design ideas using Additive Manufacturing technologies. The goal of the Call is also a dissemination of Additive Manufacturing possibilities to designers and engineers as yet unfamiliar with them. Therefore iCAT appreciates all kinds of models not only those dedicated to the AM technologies.

Deadline for design project or models description sumbissions is SEPTEMBER 10th^th, 2010.

MODEL SUBMISSIONS
Authors can categorize their work as one of the following forms:

• as physical models manufactured by additive technologies or
• as posters of models designed for additive technologies or
• as an STL file (only selected models will be printed by RAPIMAN, so it is recomended to also send a poster of the model, to ensure its presentation)

Deadline for model or poster submissions is Friday SEPTEMBER 10^th, 2010.
Models and posters must be sent to this address:

STL files can be sent to: icat@rapiman.net.

The models and posters must be accompanied by payment of the Conference Participation Fee.

WEB PRESENTATIONS
Design projects will be presented on the RAPIMAN web page Authors of selected design projects will be given an opportunity to create their own WEB presentation inside the RAPIMAN domain and help to commercialize their design projects.
